Job Responsibilities
- Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts related to sales, procurement, and infrastructure in Chinese, Thai, and English.
- Facilitate business communications with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and legal advisors.
- Manage legal issues concerning import/export regulations and employment law.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives focusing on international trade law, import/export controls, and data protection.
- Work closely with the legal team at headquarters and provide regular updates on legal matters.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
- Expertise in Thai law, with professional-level fluency in Chinese, Thai, and English.
- At least 5 years experience of Legal in Thailand, with background in import-export or manufacturing sectors.
- Skilled to manage the contracts in Chinese, Thai, and English.
- Ability to manage litigation and arbitration cases independently.
- Strong logical reasoning, a proactive approach to learning, and exceptional communication skills.
