Job Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience, focusing on product differentiation and market positioning.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform brand decisions and enhance distribution strategies.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure that the products we distribute align with brand identity and market demands.
  • Budget Management: Manage brand budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment for marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with outdoor enthusiasts and communities through events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with our brand values.
Experience requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the sport, outdoor, footwear, camping or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of outdoor lifestyle branding and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for outdoor activities and a commitment to sustainability.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
