IT Engineer

Manage and maintain IT Systems and network infrastructure. Provide IT Support.

• Setup, manage, and monitor Windows based Servers in HyperV environment and backup
• Setup, configure and manage company desktop PC, notebooks, and printers
• Provide tier 1 to tier 2 end user support on IT hardware and software issues
• Provide basic AD user administration tasks and O365 support.
• Maintain software and hardware assets records
• Maintain network equipment and wireless network in the warehouse
• Tracking IT expenditures for software and hardware purchases

• Windows Server administration and Wireless Networking administration experience
• Basic to advanced networking knowledge and experience (eg. VLAN, wireless network, NPS).
• Experience in Hyper-V environment and Windows Server 2016 – 2022 administration.
• Proficient in English. Candidate must have good command over English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in IT Support and Printer support for operations.

• Information Technologies or InfoComm Technologies or Computer Science
• 2 to 3 years working experience in IT Support & Server Administration.
• Experience in IT support for corporate wireless network with NPS
• Experience in IT Support for HP LaserJet and Zebra Label Printers
