Sales Automation Specialist

Our client is a leading company in the oil and gas industry, known for its innovation and commitment to excellence. As part of their continued growth and dedication to enhancing operational efficiency, they are seeking an Automation Specialist to join their dynamic team.

• Manage and optimize the automation of Point of Sales (POS) systems to ensure seamless and efficient transactions.
• Oversee and enhance Back Office Systems, including financial and inventory management tools, to drive operational efficiencies.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions for Loyalty Programs to ensure effective customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and automate Fleet Card systems to provide streamlined services for customers and businesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in automation and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation
• Strong understanding of automation tools, programming languages, and system integration.
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
