Our client is a well-known advanced mobility solutions provider in the field of automotive and motorcycle systems. The company was established for many years in Japan and Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global automotive markets.
Job Responsibilities
• Receive customer orders and issue purchase orders (PO) to the factory, while managing the shipment process for the customer
• Monitor shipments from the factory, update customers on the status, and negotiate with both the customer and factory in case of schedule changes
• Handle internal and customer queries, and communicate with relevant team members to address any requirements
• Receive orders from the factory and issue POs to overseas suppliers, supporting the import process to the factory in Thailand
• Participate in company activities to maintain good working relationships with other operational and organizational departments
Experience requirements
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the automotive or related industries
• Proficient in English for business conversations (TOEIC 550 or above)
• Proficiency in Japanese is preferred, with daily conversation skills (JLPT N3 or higher)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Service-oriented and capable of working under pressure
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Education requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any fields
• Proficient in English for business conversations (TOEIC 550 or above)
• Proficiency in Japanese is preferred, with daily conversation skills (JLPT N3 or higher)
