About the Company
Manufacturing and assembly of laser engraving machines, laser cutting machines, additive manufacturing equipment and devices, subtractive manufacturing equipment and devices.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and develop the legal framework for the overseas Thailand branch from the ground up, ensuring smooth operations within the legal framework.
- Implement and execute legal and compliance solutions to ensure the company’s legal and regulatory compliance.
- Address and resolve legal issues arising from day-to-day operations, providing professional legal support.
Experience requirements
- Languages: Proficiency in both Chinese-Thai or Chinese-English, with the ability to draft contracts in Thai or English.
- Experience: Solid knowledge of Thai laws and regulations, with experience handling cross-border legal affairs.
- Skills: Strong self-motivation, foresight, and the ability to work independently.
- Personality: Adaptable problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
