Renowned for its exquisite designs and high-quality materials, the company offers a diverse range of products, from stunning engagement rings to intricate necklaces and earrings.

• Translate, Draft, prepare, and review legal documents and or agreements.
• Provide legal advice, identify business risks, and make appropriate recommendations to management and coworkers.
• Prepare & organize visa and work permit issues for expatriate coworkers.
• Handle corporate registration, government permits, and business licenses.
• Liaison and contact with the government agencies.
• Supervise contract negotiations in Thai and English and attend related meetings.

• Lawyer’s License is required.
• Notarial Services Attorney will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of laws, especially, corporate, and commercial laws, contracts, labor, intellectual properties, information technology, data protection, and where to find precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and other related legal information.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and work plan management skills.
• Competent, highly responsible, and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure, handle highly effective multi-tasks, and work well with multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
