A fine jewelry business in Thailand has established a rich tradition of craftsmanship and luxury. Renowned for its exquisite designs and high-quality materials, the company offers a diverse range of products, including stunning engagement rings, intricate necklaces, and elegant earrings.

• Translate, draft, and review legal documents and agreements.
• Offer legal counsel, assess business risks, and provide suitable recommendations to management and team members.
• Prepare and manage visa and work permit applications for expatriate staff.
• Oversee corporate registrations, government permits, and business licenses.
• Act as a liaison with government agencies to address legal matters.
• Lead contract negotiations in Thai and English and participate in related meetings.

• A valid Lawyer’s License is mandatory.
• Certification as a Notarial Services Attorney is a plus.
• Strong understanding of laws, particularly in corporate and commercial law, contracts, labour, intellectual property, information technology, and data protection, and familiarity with precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and other pertinent legal information.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Demonstrates competence, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Capable of working under pressure, effectively managing multiple tasks, and meeting various deadlines.
• Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
