Job Responsibilities
  • Align HR practices with the company’s business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing) to support workforce and business objectives.
  • Advise managers on employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Lead and manage employee relations (ER) and promote disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies focused on succession planning and workforce development.
  • Co-develop recruitment, selection, and employment strategies to meet talent needs.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support business growth.
  • Manage compensation and benefits in line with company policies and market conditions.
  • Drive employee engagement and resolve internal issues to ensure a positive organizational environment.
  • Analyze HR data to guide decision-making and ensure legal compliance in all HR processes.
Experience requirements
  • 5-10 years of HR experience in HR development, succession planning, ER, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic HR initiatives and work cross-functionally.
