Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire student application process, ensuring all steps—such as deliverables, assessments (tests and playdates), and contract formalities—are completed accurately. Notify families through both digital and physical means and ensure contracts, deposits, and seat acceptances are finalized.
  • Respond to parent inquiries via phone and email, handling questions within your scope and directing more complex queries to the appropriate channels.
  • Review, format, and quality-check all digital communications sent to current and prospective parents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Represent the school by sharing relevant information with prospective students and interested parties.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations, marketing, and admissions teams to organize admission-related activities, including information sessions, school tours, individual meetings, and student assessments.
  • Work collaboratively to provide accurate data for reporting and research purposes.
  • Lead the administrative tasks and upkeep of the admissions office.
  • Conduct or participate in school tours, family meetings, and entrance exams.
  • Follow up on application paperwork and student assessments.
  • Engage in promotional activities for the school, such as distributing flyers and community outreach.
  • Maintain contact with prospective families throughout the enrollment process, from initial interest to confirmed enrollment.
  • Assist in organizing and attending school events like dances, carnivals, and seasonal showcases.


Experience requirements
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • At least two years of managerial experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in admissions or student affairs.


Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, education, or a related field.
