Job Responsibilities

Financial Strategy, Planning, and Analysis

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide leadership in financial decision-making, advising the CEO and executive team on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to enhance growth.

Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance

  • Oversee all accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts, maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to financial, tax, and legal regulations, working with auditors as needed.

Risk Management and Procurement

  • Monitor financial risks, establish contingency plans, and ensure adequate insurance coverage.
  • Oversee procurement, implementing cost-effective practices and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.

HR and Payroll Oversight

  • Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, compensation, and benefits to align with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, overseeing payroll accuracy and alignment with financial policies.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management

  • Manage company funds, capital investments, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee cash flow and liquidity, developing capital structure and investment strategies.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering cross-functional relationships and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience requirements
  • 10+ years in finance or accounting, with 5 years in senior leadership, preferably in a multinational setting. Procurement experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, results-driven, and high integrity.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting, achievement of financial targets, effective procurement management, successful audits and compliance, and improved cash flow management.
  • Working Conditions: Full-time position based in Nakorn Pathom province, with occasional travel for meetings with stakeholders.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation (preferred).
