Job Responsibilities
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. This includes questions about property listings, availability, pricing, and general information
• Providing updates to management on customer inquiries, satisfaction levels, and any common issues encountered by clients
• Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and escalating complex concerns to management when necessary
• Assisting tenants or property owners with maintenance requests or issues related to the property’s upkeep
• Coordinating with sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate, up-to-date information
Experience requirements
• Experience in customer service or after-sales roles in any industry
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Business Conversation Level in Japanese
• Good command in English
Education requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Business Conversation Level in Japanese
• Good command in English
