Our client is a well-known multimedia and video production company, including branding movies, animated videos, and SNS dramas. The company was established for many years in Japan, with motivation and a high market share in multimedia markets.

• The Bridge Director acts as a liaison between the Japanese director and Thai creators

• Responsibilities include not only translating and interpreting between Thai and Japanese but also supporting various tasks to ensure smooth project progression

• Receive project instructions from Japanese directors, understand project details, and communicate guidance to Thai staff for video production

• Depending on experience, there may be opportunities to lead projects as a director

• Requires interpretation and translation skills to convey subtle creative nuances between Japanese and Thai

• Based on skill level, additional tasks may include handling final checks and making corrections to the work of Thai creators

• Preferred experience in the creative industry (e.g., advertising management, web production direction)

• Ability to understand the needs of Japanese customers and effectively communicate those needs to the Thai creative team

• Proficient in Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro

• Familiarity with Maya and CINEMA 4D

• Experience in 3D animation production is a plus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field

• Good command of English for daily conversations, with no issues in reading and writing

• Strong Japanese language skills for internal communication (JLPT N2 or near that level)
