Job Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee collections strategies tailored to the credit card portfolio, including early-stage and late-stage collections.
  • Identify and recommend risk-mitigation strategies to reduce delinquency and optimize recovery rates.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Risk team to align on risk assessments and ensure a balanced approach to collections and customer retention.
  • Ensure that collection processes are efficient and leverage technology to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with banking regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to update senior management on performance metrics, delinquency trends, and recovery rates.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
  • Implement customer-centric collection practices that focus on maintaining customer relationships while achieving collection objectives.
  • Resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner, balancing recovery goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage customer communication strategies, including reminders, payment options, and settlement agreements.
Experience requirements
  • Strong understanding of credit risk and collection strategies specific to credit card products.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in collections software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Thai banking regulations related to collections and credit risk.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
