• Solid understanding of IT service delivery and support aligned with ITIL practices
• Proven expertise in cloud virtualization platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise software and infrastructure technologies, such as Windows Server, Windows Clustering, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, PowerShell scripting, SAN/NAS storage, and backup solutions, including BCP/DRP best practices
• Deep understanding of AWS and Azure Cloud components with proficiency in cloud IT architecture design and concepts
• Experience in automation with tools like AWS and Azure CLI, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and Bash; proficient in Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM)
• Skilled in operating, maintaining, and monitoring services on AWS and Azure Cloud platforms
• Familiarity with authentication patterns, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Experience in installing, patching, and administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux, with integration of Linux services in Windows environments; strong understanding of Linux internet services, web/application server software, and experience in performance tuning and capacity planning
• Knowledge of networking infrastructure, such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, load balancers (including Windows NLB), IPS, firewalls, proxy servers, bandwidth management, traffic shaping, VPN, and cloud network setups
• Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organization skills; capable of handling multiple projects effectively with advanced analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
