Job Responsibilities
  • Drive rapid expansion of OxygenAI's B2B client base, focusing on the shopping mall and retail sectors.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales methodology tailored to B2B SaaS, emphasizing solution selling, account-based strategies, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Establish and optimize end-to-end sales processes, covering lead generation to deal closure.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within B2B organizations.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team of 5-10 members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to ensure they consistently achieve and surpass targets.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and deliver regular feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company-wide objectives and clearly communicate the value of OxygenAI’s SaaS solutions to B2B clients.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS or a related IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and meeting ambitious growth targets in a B2B environment.
  • Extensive B2B sales experience, particularly within the retail and shopping mall sectors.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven capacity to inspire and drive a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, especially in B2B settings.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong ability to analyze sales metrics and refine strategies as needed.
