IT Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Manager to lead the enterprise-wide technology function for a leading Manufacuring in Thailand. In this role, you will manage a team of IT Manager and collaborate with Digital and Information to deliver innovative, scalable, and cost-effective IT solutions. You will play a key role in aligning IT strategies with business objectives while driving efficiency, reducing complexity, and minimizing risk.

• Supervise all technology operations, such as network security, and assess their alignment with established objectives.
• Develop and implement IT policies and systems to support upper management strategies.
• Analyze the technology requirements of different departments to address their needs effectively.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, ERP (SAP), and web programming.
• Supervise the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
• Evaluate internal and external data/situations that may impact company systems and technology.
• Align with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, server management, ERP (SAP), and web programming.
• Proven track record as an IT Manager or in a relevant role.
• Excellent understanding of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.
• Strong personnel management skills.
