Job Responsibilities
- Optimize processes and eliminate redundant steps to enhance productivity.
- Assess and refine annual plans and budget allocation for expense write-offs.
- Offer insights and propose innovative ideas to upgrade systems and streamline workflows.
- Motivate and challenge team members to meet company objectives.
- Supervise and assess outcomes of litigation cases.
- Coordinate, track progress, and evaluate outsourced agents' performance to maximize the company's benefits.
- Guide, troubleshoot, and provide corrective actions for team members.
- Handle or oversee highly sensitive or complex projects and assignments.
- Direct and oversee litigation processes.
- Attain recovery goals and boost efficiency in debt management processes.
- Strengthen workflows in alignment with standards.
- Develop strategies to increase recovery rates for the company.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in legal practice and litigation.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of civil, criminal, and related laws applicable to the hire-purchase and leasing sectors.
- Proactive and self-driven work style with exceptional negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skill and team-focused approach.
