E-Commerce Consultant

E-Commerce consultant Management and strategic consulting using the web and video.

1-3 Months:

• Responsible for promoting sales, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders. This includes managing telephone sales, participating in exhibitions, and overseeing product display and registration at events.
• During this period, you will receive training on the various tasks. After completing the training, you will transition the responsibilities to part-time employees, ensuring smooth delegation of tasks.

After Probation:

• Open and manage an online store on an e-commerce platform, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract customers to the online store.
• Analyze the performance of the site and propose necessary improvements to enhance user experience and sales performance.
• Regularly monitor, manage, and maintain the e-commerce site to ensure its smooth operation.
• Propose and develop a cross-border e-commerce platform to facilitate the sale of products from Thai companies to customers in Jap

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's or higher degree in related field
• At least 1 year working experience as E-Commerce, Product Design, Social Media Advertising Management
• Good command in English (Japanese is a plus)
