Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support after-sales phases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-site or remote troubleshooting to swiftly resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver project-based solutions.
  • Train customers on product installation, configuration, and usage; create necessary training documents.
  • Assist in project POC actions, risk assessments, and quality analysis to address field issues.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with CCTV, networking, Linux operation, and maintenance.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent service skills.
  • Proficiency in English for work; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with strong learning skills and interest in weak current technology
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field.
