Our client is a company focused on delivering and servicing technology solutions, primarily related to CCTV and network systems. The business provides comprehensive technical support for customers, including troubleshooting both remotely and on-site.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support after-sales phases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site or remote troubleshooting to swiftly resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver project-based solutions.
- Train customers on product installation, configuration, and usage; create necessary training documents.
- Assist in project POC actions, risk assessments, and quality analysis to address field issues.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with CCTV, networking, Linux operation, and maintenance.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent service skills.
- Proficiency in English for work; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong learning skills and interest in weak current technology
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field.
