Job Responsibilities
- Manage supervisor and mechanics in any routes in Bangkok area for come out with the highest quality/safety/reliable products to meet customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and collect daily log and service report from technicians and gather information on faulty products and systems for necessary action.
- Analysis raw data to come out the action/mitigation plan.
- Prepare all reports regarding the service department, ensure reports to error-free, and submit them to the service operation manager as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with all service center staff regulations.
- Administer and perform all activities in line with company procedures within the service department.
- Assist all team members in following the established dress code, maintaining punctuality, and maintaining cleanliness as per company directives in the service facility.
- Managed facility to achieve target revenue generation by maintaining the service department efficiently.
- Monitor all service inquiries and procedures to ensure the completion of all clients’ requirements.
- Administer checklists, service requests, contracts, instructions, warranties, and schedules to ensure service personnel complies with established service procedures.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years and above experience in managerial level in elevator and escalator business.
- High motivational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Good command of English competency.
