Investment Banking Associate/VP

A leading global bank with a presence of more than 100 offices spanning nearly 40 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas regions.

Financial Analysis and Modeling:

• Develop sophisticated financial models to assess the financial performance of companies and projects.
• Analyze complex financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct valuation analysis, such as discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis (CCA).
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations.

Client Advisory Services:

• Provide strategic financial advice to a diverse range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and governments.
• Conduct due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Develop customized financial strategies to meet clients’ specific needs and objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research on global economic trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Monitor market developments and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and assess the impact of geopolitical events on the global economy.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics or any related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Researching, Business Analysis and Management Consulting or any related work
• Able to analyze data and derive facts, interview skill and research report skill
• English business level is required
• Strong business acumen.
• Solid experience in deep research is required.
• Experience in project pitching.
