Job Responsibilities
• Support Daily Operations: Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily tasks, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and maintaining service quality
• Supervise and Train Staff: Manage and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring they receive proper training, perform effectively, and adhere to service standards
• Provide Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Manage Inventory and Supplies: Help oversee inventory levels, place orders for necessary supplies, and ensure the availability of essential items
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Make sure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed by all staff members
• Oversee Financials: Assist in managing budgets, tracking sales, and achieving financial targets by implementing cost control measures
• Perform Additional Duties: Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the company related to your position
Experience requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, ideally in hotels or high-end establishments
• Knowledgeable in etiquette and formal service standards
• Skilled at following up on customer requests and preferences
• Comfortable communicating with high-profile clients
Education requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field
• Proficient in English for internal communication
