About the Company
Our client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality ingredients and fragrances, is seeking a detail-oriented Order Process Officer to join their dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting both domestic and export order processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients around the globe.
Job Responsibilities
Order Processing:
- Record customer orders accurately and promptly
- Verify price, margin, and code consistency in collaboration with the Commercial Assistant
- Send order confirmations to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor and track Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) with logistics teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Prepare all necessary order-related documentation
Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales Manager with customer-specific requests and requirements
- Prepare perfume briefs and coordinate prototype sampling
- Generate quotations aligned with company objectives
- Gather and transfer technical documentation (e.g., MSDS, TDS, COA) when needed
Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room
Administrative Support:
- Participate in various administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the fragrance, ingredients, or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Upper Intermediate Level of English
- New graduate is welcome
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree of any fields.
