Legal Counsel

Our Client, specializes in facility management, focusing on the efficient supply and distribution of water for both household and industrial purposes. Utilizing an advanced waterworks system, to ensure reliable, high-quality water delivery tailored to meet diverse needs while adhering to the highest standards of operational excellence and sustainability.

• Manage and resolve contractual matters, including drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements and legal documents in Thai and English.
• Maintain records of executed contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate and finalize legal documents, collaborating with other departments during business discussions.
• Support departments in understanding legal terms, conditions, and implications.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Recommend corrective actions, propose improvements, and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee legal and compliance functions, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Advise management on regulatory requirements and compliance strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• 5 years of experience as a legal counsel in international law firms or leading multinational organizations.
• Expertise in corporate law, property law, and international law.
• Excellent in English communication
• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and management.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
