Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize a solid technical background to comprehend and address technical issues, creating actionable solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products.
  • Plan and execute customer visits, providing tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients across all target markets.
  • Close sales effectively and accurately report sales revenue by product line.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and order updates to the Assistant Sales Manager.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in machinery spare parts, technical products, or equipment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with a high-performance mindset.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
