Mold Engineer Manager

Job Position: Mold Engineer Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company

Work location: Chachoengsao

Our client is a well-known automotive and related industrial parts manufacturing company. Main customers for this company are ISUZU, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, and HONDA. The company was established for many years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Manage mold design using CAD/CAM for metal parts

• Oversee mold maintenance activities

• Control VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) planning

• Manage CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) analysis

• Handle stamped parts, including SPHC with plate thickness ranging from 0.5-8.0 mm and SPCC materials

• Operate and manage press machines with capacities of 110-300 tons

• Ensure dimensional tolerance compliance as per JIS B0408 Class B standards

• More than 5 years of experience in mold design

• Hands-on experience in mold maintenance

• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and either NX2212 or CATIA V5

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any engineering field
