Packing Operator TP

Our client, a leading producer of consumer products including milk, yogurt, cheese, infant nutrition, and desserts, as well as professional market offerings such as cream, butter products, ingredients, and semi-finished products for the food industry and pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

• Control the operation of the machine to work continuously.
• Provide assistance in repairing and maintaining the machine to work efficiently and inform the supervisor at every step.
• Check the operation of the machine before starting work in each shift according to the specified work methods.
• Collect incomplete packs by doing the following:
• Packs that are damaged and have defects that cannot be fixed, send them to be smashed into Reprocess milk to be forwarded to the process within your own shift.
• Packs that are incomplete, need to be repaired and are classified as good products to be sent back to the production process.
• Inform the forklift driver to withdraw various equipment for work ready for production, such as film rolls, tubes, tube adhesive, milk baskets, milk boxes, and write a return form to return W/H at the end of every production process.
• Prepare various equipment for work ready for production, such as plastic rolls, tubes, tube adhesive, dented milk baskets, milk boxes.
• Collect samples to send to the Lab for chemical and microbial analysis according to the date, time, and quantity specified for each type of product, and record the data clearly.
• Clean the floor and machines every time the machine stops working.
• Control pollution and be aware of the dangers to prevent illness at work.
• Perform initial emergency response as specified by the company in order to resolve the incidents as they arise quickly.
• Participate in presenting new ideas or methods to lead to development in business, environmental protection and work safety.
• Cooperate in activities specified by the company, such as GMP, HACCP, WCOM, ISO22000, FSSC22000, ISO 14001, ISO45001, etc.

• Experience in related field 0-2 years.

Obtained Diploma Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field.
