Cost Manager

With a highly experienced team boasting over 10 years of expertise in the real estate industry. The mission is to provide comprehensive services to our clients, including investment consulting, land acquisition, and the development of high-end residential properties.

• Manage and oversee construction costs, building costs, and real estate project management.

• Extensive knowledge of local building materials and the construction market.

• Experience working with quantity surveying firms is preferred.

• Calculate and control construction costs, review and audit costs, and collaborate with quantity surveying firms.

• Establish and maintain cost control models.

• Review and verify cost reports submitted by construction companies

• Proven work experience in cost management within the construction industry.

• In-depth understanding of local building materials and the construction market.

• Experience in dealing with quantity surveying firms is an advantage.

• Strong skills in cost calculation, cost control, and auditing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with construction companies and quantity surveying firms.

• Expertise in developing and maintaining cost models.

Fluent in English and Thai.
