Head of Retail Lending Product

Are you an experienced professional passionate about developing and managing retail lending products? We are seeking a dedicated Head of Retail Lending Product to join the dynamic team and take charge of planning, supervising, and controlling activities to achieve our retail lending objectives.

• Drive the success of retail lending products by overseeing their full lifecycle, from initiation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct feasibility studies, secure necessary approvals, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the P&L of assigned products to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve target market share, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Plan and manage operating expense budgets to align with business targets.
• Develop sales tools and provide training to the sales team.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and address any challenges effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Over 15 years of experience in the banking industry is a significant advantage.
• Proven expertise in Secured Loan Products (e.g., Mortgages) and Unsecured Loan Products (e.g., Personal Loans, Cash Cards).
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai & English.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience motivating and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
