Sales Coordinator (Food & Retail Business Division)

Our client is one of Japan's largest trading and investment companies. Operating in Thailand. Diverse business sectors such as Trading, Energy, Infrastructure, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture & Food and Technology & Innovation.

• Provide support for the execution and assignments from the Sales team, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
• Assist with sales activities from business conclusion to delivery, as assigned by the Sales team, maintaining clear communication.
• Handle documentation tasks, including issuing purchase and sales contracts, invoices, debit notes, and shipping documents for imported products.
• Manage routine workflows accurately and promptly, including payments (A/R and A/P) and customs clearance/delivery processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (back office) and external organizations (customers, vendors, government offices).
• Prepare and organize reports required by the Sales team and management, such as market reports, and perform tasks as directed by Division Management.

• 0-3 years’ experience in sales support or related field.
• New graduate is also welcome but should have some background about logistics.
• Good command of English.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields.
