Logistics Planner

Our client company specializes in fasteners for the mobility industry, whether they're for passenger cars, trucks, buses or utility vehicles.

• Coordinate outbound shipments by planning and booking trucks to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage all documentation related to Thai customs, including preparing and submitting accurate import and export entry documents on time.
• Supervise the collection and delivery of goods, ensuring drivers load the correct items and have the necessary paperwork for smooth transit.
• Release ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and provide required documents to meet customer and compliance requirements.
• Monitor outbound transportation to ensure shipments leave and arrive on time.
• Check and verify inbound containers receiving documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track and update sea freight lead times for EU and AS regions to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Cross-check shipment details in Excel to ensure accurate planning.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Thai customs regulations and processes to ensure compliance and seamless operations throughout the supply chain.

• 3-5 years of experience in an administration role with experience in Thai Customs 
• Proficiency in English speaking
