Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to identify opportunities in the pet and livestock nutrition sector.
  • Utilize research data to explore innovative ingredients and products suitable for animal feed production.
  • Develop long-term strategies to introduce new products, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.

Product Development and Selection:

  • Evaluate and select high-potential products or ingredients for commercialization in the animal feed industry.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to study product formulations and ensure nutritional effectiveness for target species.
  • Set performance targets, pricing strategies, and distribution plans to achieve maximum market penetration.

Customer Targeting and Brand Positioning:

  • Identify and segment target customers, including large-scale manufacturers of pet and livestock feed.
  • Define and implement branding strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the company’s products.
  • Position the company as a leader in nutritional solutions for animals through effective branding and marketing campaigns.

Marketing and Event Management:

  • Design and execute marketing initiatives to promote awareness of products among domestic and international customers.
  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to showcase the company’s expertise and product offerings.
  • Develop communication strategies, including digital and offline channels, to engage with customers and build relationships.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing inquiries, and offering technical advice on product applications.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
  • Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve product offerings and services.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, Sales, and Production, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely availability of high-quality ingredients.
  • Stay updated on global regulations and standards for animal nutrition to ensure compliance in all offerings.


Experience requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary or Food science or related fields.

·      Strong background at lease 3 years in animal nutrition, ingredient research, and product development.

·      Proven experience in business development, product management, or marketing within the pet or livestock nutrition industry.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and relationship management.

·      Proficiency in organizing events, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

·      Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic plans to drive growth.

·      Knowledge of global standards and regulations in the animal nutrition and feed manufacturing industry is an advantage.
