Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities in international markets, presenting customized product solutions to meet client needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to deliver client requirements effectively.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and expand the client network.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to inform product development and business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or international sales, preferably in the pet or livestock nutrition industry.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with a focus on client engagement.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, logistics, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex client portfolios.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
