Business Development Manager

Our client is Innovative Fruit juice brand that has expended worldwide. They specialize in fruit juice based beverage, and non-beverage fruit product. Our goal is to become a leader in ready-to-drink fruit juice in the global market.

·      Focal point for the team, and working with RD/ Marketing/ Communication/ Sales export

·      Develop and implement strategies to distribute food ingredient business (human, pet), RTE food/ frozen food

·      Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the retail sector to expand the company’s distribution network.

·      Analyze market trends and customers’ need to create effective sales and distribution strategies.

·      Organize promotional activities and campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales in the retail market.

·      Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels and recommend improvements to enhance reach and efficiency.

·      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the food ingredient business to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.

·   Degree qualified in Food Science or Business-related fields.

·   5 Years experience in food ingredient business (human, pet), RTE food/ frozen food

·   Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·   Proven ability to develop and execute distribution strategies for small-scale retailers.

·   Analytical skills to assess market trends and channel performance.

·   Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.

·   Strong English communication and Chinese as a plus.
