R&D Manager

The client is a turnkey dehydrated food processing with cutting-edge technologies and continuous product and personnel development 

• Lead and manage the R&D team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
• Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of research objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaborations to drive innovation and product development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Design and conduct experiments to optimize drying and extraction processes.
• Analyze data and provide technical solutions for process improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in drying and extraction technologies.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within R&D, preferably in drying and extraction processes.
• Experience more than 15 years in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) environments 
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Experience with project management and budgeting.
• Technical expertise in freezing drying, spray drying and freezing processes.
