Production Manager

Manufactures and sells machinery for the casting industry

• Manage and oversee the entire production process of the company, focusing on manufacturing machines with high-quality standards.
• Plan and control production to meet the established goals in terms of time, quality, and cost.
• Oversee the Fabrication process (part shaping) and Assembly process (machine assembly) to ensure they meet standards.
• Control production and inspect quality in the Fabrication process, including cutting, welding, and finishing parts.
• Supervise the Assembly process from part preparation to complete machine assembly.
• Monitor and track the production process to ensure there are no mistakes or issues in the process.
• Organize and develop the production team by providing training, motivation, and monitoring the work performance of employees.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely production for on-time delivery.
• Analyze and report production results to management, including suggesting improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Develop and propose new processes that can increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Control and implement policies regarding safety and environmental standards in production.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least 10 years working experience in production field
• At least 5 years working experience in management level
• Good command in English or Japanese
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Understand the Fabrication and Assembly processes in machinery production.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Possess leadership qualities.
• Able to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills
