We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team and manage critical business applications, including SAP S4 HANA. If you have a strong background in IT management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive innovation, we want you to be part of our team!

• Oversee SAP S4 HANA modules, including PP, QM, MM, and Costing, along with other applications.
• Supervise and manage IT applications and surrounding systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Design and implement IT policies and procedures to streamline departmental operations.
• Identify IT-related issues and implement effective solutions to meet user needs swiftly.
• Manage and mentor IT staff, providing training, setting expectations, and evaluating performance.
• Implement automation tools such as Power Apps, RPA, and other technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with various departments to understand business requirements and align IT strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years in IT, particularly with SAP, ERP, and automation tools like Power Apps and RPA.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and management abilities.
