Job Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage airport construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, project managers, and other professionals. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Experience requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in airport construction and project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of airport engineering principles and construction methods.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
