IT Manager (Oracle NetSuite ERP)

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead software operations and helpdesk services, ensuring seamless IT support and system efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on IT management, with expertise in Oracle, NetSuite, Google Tools, and project management systems.

As an IT Manager, you will oversee IT operations, software systems, and user support, ensuring smooth functionality, security, and alignment with business objectives. You will lead IT projects, manage helpdesk operations, and optimize enterprise software performance to drive organizational success.

• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee Oracle, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems, ensuring updates, maintenance, and customizations.
• Lead and manage helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Train users, create documentation, and ensure smooth IT adoption.
• Generate IT reports and insights to support business decision-making.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage IT assets, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise and support IT team members in software and helpdesk functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computer, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, covering software management and helpdesk services.
• Expertise in software development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle-based systems, NetSuite ERP, Google Tools, and project management platforms.
• Proficiency in helpdesk support, ensuring quick issue resolution and user satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT projects effectively.
• English communication skills are a plus.
