Senior Executive

Our client is a global headquartered powerhouse, delivering comprehensive and customized logistics solutions across 19 emerging markets for nearly 3 decades. They are the logistics arm of the established big logistics group, known for its diverse investments in sectors like travel, hospitality, and FMCG.

• Oversee financial statements, audits, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with Thai tax laws and regulations, including handling tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
• Manage cost controls, financial risks, and cash flow within logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade finance regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Identify cost reduction and process optimization opportunities.
• Assist in implementing financial management software and best practices.
• Manage payroll, labour relations, and employee labour policies.

• Fluency in English and Thai (local resident required).
• 3+ years of finance experience, preferably in freight forwarding.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of working effectively across a global, multicultural organization.
• Experience with payroll management, labour relations, and employee labour policies.
• Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (essential).
