Job Responsibilities
- Working together with the Sales team (Thai Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
- Acknowledge customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Handling sales paperwork’s such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Handle for import-export documents and the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Interpret Thai Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's or higher in any field
- At least 1 year working experience in Sales Coordinator (New graduate are also welcome)
- Fair command in English
- Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
