About the Company

Our client is Thai local FMCG. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for all brands within our company. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, managing brand positioning, and driving business growth through ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive revenue growth for all company brands.
  • Oversee brand development and marketing communications, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Plan and manage ATL campaigns, including TVC, radio, OOH and digital media.
  • Lead BTL marketing activities, including trade marketing, promotions, in-store activations, sampling, and event sponsorships.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, packaging, and promotional content that align with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to drive creativity, efficiency, and brand success.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong experience in brand management, ATL & BTL marketing, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, media planning, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
