Senior Channel Manager

• Implement local business plans for the N&H unit.

• Analyze market gaps and sales coverage.

• Identify and expand channel partnerships.

• Negotiate and manage distribution agreements.

• Ensure due diligence for all partners.

• Onboard and support new channel partners.

• Provide training, marketing, and engineering support.

• Develop and execute partner business plans for growth.

• Set targets, track progress, and address gaps.

• Forecast sales with partners for regional planning.

• Ensure compliance with pricing, contracts, and policies

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of the N&H market, key players, and distribution networks.

• Familiarity with N&H product groups and ability to price and quote equipment.

• Expertise in channel management for industrial sectors with multinational clients.

• Experience managing complex multi-channel models across regions.

• Knowledge of trade practices and legal requirements for third-party sales.

• Skilled in business planning, goal setting, and conflict resolution.

• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, C4C (or similar), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of channel partner management.

• 8+ years in the N&H industry.

• Engineering degree.

• Experience in account and key account management.
