Structural Engineer Manager

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Design, analyze, and review structural components and systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering and project management within the real estate and construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
