Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and company objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success and company reputation.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
