Job Responsibilities
The Event Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing and executing strategic event and entertainment initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and brand preference. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and project management skills to ensure high-quality execution while managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Engagement & Event Execution
- Develop and implement innovative event strategies, brand activations, and store openings.
- Oversee entertainment-driven spaces such as music studios, karaoke rooms, and podcast booths to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all events align with brand identity, delivering meaningful audience interactions while staying within budget and time constraints.
- Continuously assess event success and audience feedback to refine future strategies.
Brand Alignment & Consistency
- Safeguard brand identity by ensuring all events and entertainment experiences reflect the unique DNA of each brand.
- Maintain a structured approach to implementing brand engagement plans across all touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution while maintaining brand consistency.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
- Develop and propose the annual event and entertainment budget to senior management.
- Monitor and optimize budget allocation while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Lead vendor negotiations and oversee contractual agreements to secure cost-effective event solutions.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and manage a team responsible for executing event and entertainment initiatives across all brand verticals.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to integrate promotional activities into experiential marketing campaigns.
- Partner with internal Digital and PR teams to maximize media exposure and audience engagement.
- Provide hands-on leadership to ensure seamless event execution and problem-solving in real time.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Deliver comprehensive reports on event performance, measuring effectiveness against set KPIs and budget objectives.
- Analyze customer responses and brand engagement levels to enhance future activations.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve brand experiences and customer touchpoints.
Experience requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in event management, with at least 4 years of international experience outside of Thailand.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and urgent assignments, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant event management tools.
- Fluent in Thai and English.

Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing, management or related field from International Program. (MBA is a plus)
