IT Manager

Our client is a growing company in the skincare industry, dedicated to developing high-quality products that enhance customers’ daily lives. As the company expands, they are looking for a hands-on IT Manager (Infrastructure & Business Applications) to set up and lead their IT function, ensuring smooth operations and future scalability.

As the first IT Manager, you will be responsible for building the company’s IT infrastructure and business application ecosystem from the ground up. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement robust IT systems while also being hands-on in daily operations.

• Set up and manage the company’s entire IT infrastructure (network, servers, security, cloud solutions, etc.).
• Develop in-house IT systems to reduce reliance on external vendors.
• Establish a shared services model for business applications to streamline operations.
• Ensure IT security and system stability, preventing downtime and cyber threats.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and provide technical guidance across departments.
• Collaborate with different teams to identify IT needs and propose effective solutions.
• Lead IT projects, such as ERP/CRM implementation or business process automation.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budgets effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or business applications.
• Experience in building IT functions from scratch (preferably in a startup environment).
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Familiarity with business applications (ERP, CRM, shared services platforms, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic IT decisions.
• Good command of English for communication with international teams or vendors.
