Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents, including vendor and intercompany agreements. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders as a strategic partner to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives.
- Oversee compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for web and application operations, serving as the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO). Develop and implement legal and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to local and international regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. Continuously monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic legal counsel to senior management to mitigate risks and maintain business continuity.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice with strong business acumen, offering practical, solution-driven guidance on a range of legal matters, including consumer protection law, intellectual property, and data privacy compliance.
Experience requirements
· Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or higher.
· Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a valid license to practice law in Thailand.
· Prior experience in a multinational corporation and/or an international law firm is advantageous.
· Proven ability in contract drafting, delivering high-quality, timely, and client-focused legal support.
· Demonstrated capability in handling, assessing, and resolving complex legal issues.
· Strong commitment to achieving results with the ability to efficiently analyze, manage, and report of legal matters.
· Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic team environments and effectively collaborates with both internal and external business and legal partners.
· Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team, demonstrating a strong team-player mindset.
· Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities for ongoing professional growth.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
