About the Company
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage Finance operations for a leading lighting company in Thailand. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless technology infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and supporting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Planned and established operational procedures for the department to set standards for accurate and transparent financial operations.
- Supervise and control financial transactions (receivables and payables) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contracts and deadlines.
- Oversee and verify the recording of financial transactions in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare the annual budget and monitor, control, and plan budget usage for each unit to ensure efficient alignment with the set budget and cash flow management.
- Analyze and forecast cash flow trends to assist in liquidity management.
- Manage overall cash flow for the organization to ensure smooth financial operations and maintain financial credibility.
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports for management, providing data for executive decision-making.
- Prepare financial analysis reports for planning and organizational management.
- Manage and prepare financial documents to support the organization's transactions.
- Coordinate with banks to ensure smooth financial transactions for the organization.
- Summarize and analyze operation reports and other related reports, providing recommendations for presentation to management.
- Provide clear and accurate explanations of the company’s performance to investors to support investment decisions and evaluate company potential.
Experience requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
- Proficient in using MS Office software.
- Proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- have a positive attitude, high responsibility, and quick learning abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Experience in Investor Relations (IR) will be considered an advantage.
