About the Company

The company is a leading construction contractor firm specializing in various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They are well-regarded for their expertise in contracting both high-rise and low-rise residential buildings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Planning and Managing Construction Support Activities: Efficiently oversee various construction support functions including Safety, Protection, Store, QAQC, and Aftersales.
  • Safety Management: Plan and manage safety standards in accordance with legal safety regulations, ensuring maximum safety in construction units.
  • Protection Management: Establish and maintain standards for material and equipment storage, manage inventory turnover, and ensure cost-effective practices.
  • Store Management: Efficiently manage storage and turnover of tools, machinery, and vehicles to ensure availability for construction units.
  • Quality Assurance: Plan and manage quality inspections of construction work to support construction teams in maintaining high standards.
  • Aftersales Management: Plan and manage aftersales services efficiently, focusing on timelines and budgets.
  • Consultation and Problem Solving: Act as a consultant and effectively resolve issues for subordinates, aligning with company policies.
  • Personnel Management: Manage department personnel to ensure efficient performance.
Experience requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools, strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle high-pressure situations.
